Hernán Cortés was a Spanish explorer who traded 16 horses for a gold city. With the aztecs because the aztecs thought that horses where gods.

Cortés was born in the Spanish city of Medellín in 1485. When he was a young man, he studied law, but he soon gave that up to seek his fortune in the New World that was just being discovered by Columbus and others.

First he went to the island of Santo Domingo (now known as the Dominican Republic) in 1504. He was only 19 years old at the time. He stayed there for seven years, then took part in the Spanish conquest of Cuba in 1511. He became mayor of Santiago de Cuba and stayed there until 1518.
in 1519 cortez and his men reahed the aztecs. when they got there aztecs  treated them like gods. So cortez traded them 16 horses for there gold city. the aztecs accepted him offer.

you put a comma in the middle of these worlds (and, but, for, nor, yet, or so). We use comas to separate a sentence or an adjective

Dear, Josue’

These are my goals for 7th grade. My fist goal is to have a good report card. My second goal is to turn in all my homework on time. My third goal is to not use my cell phone during class.

I’m going to have a good report card if I work hard in school and Turn in homework on time. Participate in class. And listen in class. And always be active in class so I don’t get in trouble.

I need to turn I my homework. If I spend time on it. If I turn in all my homework. I will have a good report card. If I have a good report card my parents will be proud. And I need to respect the teacher more. So she’ll be nicer with me!

My third goal is to not use my cell phone during class or school. Cause it might ring during class. I’ll get in trouble. And my parents will get mad at me. And I need to listen more in class. And I want to be smart I’m not going to goof off in class

If I work hard in school. I will be smart. I’ll have good grades. My parents will be proud of me. So I have to work hard in school.
